Brief Scope of Work

One of the most detailed and multidisciplinary projects executed by Creativve Constructiions. The scope covered RCC structures, PEB buildings, MEP systems, interiors, and complete site infrastructure, delivered under strict safety and quality standards.

Key Components Executed

Office building: G+1 RCC structure with ACP facade and glazing work
Internal MEP systems, external infrastructure and landscaping
Warehouse & plant facilities: civil + PEB structures for raw material and finished goods storage
RCC utility buildings
Development of internal and external roads (WBM, bituminous, and concrete)
Stormwater gutters, paving blocks, kerb stones, and box culverts
Interior & architectural works: false ceiling, furniture, glass partitions and acoustic panels
3M glass and projector films, facade enhancement and beautification
Epoxy flooring covering an area of 1,21,000 sq.ft.
Roadside horticulture and tree plantation
